Coaching has traditionally been the preserve of senior managers and directors – but there is so much to be gained from providing coaching to individuals much earlier on in their lives and careers. Our ambition at AuthenticWorks is to challenge some of the norms and ensure there is greater access to coaching whatever your role

The greater awareness and focus on both mental health, and its impact on wellbeing means we are seeing more of these types of conversations happening in the workplace.  We know it’s good to talk but many organisations aren’t equipped to enable this to happen

Whilst cost has been a big driver of where and how coaching is positioned, time pressures for individuals, the need for flexibility and the emergence of more reliable video-conferencing facilities such as Zoom mean that traditional, face to face coaching engagements do not always hit the mark

At Authentic Works we structure our recommendations around the needs of the organisation and offer flexibility to design bespoke programmes from fortnightly, one-hour coaching delivered virtually, to monthly, face to face ‘speed coaching’ delivered in your offices.  All programmes are designed to maximise the investment whilst allowing individuals to access high quality coaching support

All coaching is delivered by experienced coaches with a minimum of 15 years in industry  – many in commercial roles – and 150 hours coaching experience. Our backgrounds in leading people in organisations like yours together with our coaching experience, means we are uniquely positioned to meet the needs of your people
