I spent 25 years doing a job I was good at but didn’t have energy for. Following a promotion, I started working with a coach; over a period of 6 months she helped me align my drivers and values with my purpose hence the decision to give up the security of a permanent role and set up Authentic Works
Reflecting on my own experiences it became clear to me that coaching has traditionally been the preserve of senior managers and directors – but there is so much to be gained from providing coaching to individuals much earlier on in their careers.
Whilst cost has been a big driver of where and how coaching is positioned, time pressures for individuals, the need for flexibility and the emergence of more reliable video-conferencing facilities such as Zoom mean that traditional, face to face coaching engagements do not always hit the mark
Our ambition is to challenge some of the norms and ensure there is greater access to coaching within organisations
At Authentic Works we structure our recommendations around the needs of the organisation and offer flexibility to design bespoke programmes from fortnightly, one-hour coaching delivered virtually, to monthly, face to face ‘speed coaching’ delivered in your offices. All programmes are designed to maximise the investment whilst allowing individuals to access high quality coaching support
All coaching is delivered by experienced coaches with a minimum of 15 years in industry – many in commercial roles – and 150 hours coaching experience.
