Speed Coaching for Wellbeing

At AuthenticWorks we give your employees the space and support they need, away from the business, to explore what’s on their mind be it personal or professional.  Regular, 1:1 support from an external coach gives them the chance to open up and be honest about their mental health and wellbeing.  And we all know that happier people are more productive and resourceful together with being more resilient when things get a bit tougher. How does it work?

Our speed coaching approach is designed around the needs of your organisation and offers complete flexibility; from fortnightly, one-hour coaching sessions delivered virtually, to monthly, face to face ‘speed coaching’ delivered to multiple employees in a day in your offices 

We work with you to integrate our approach into your overall wellbeing strategy to ensure it is seen as a long-term commitment and not a tick-box exercise

All programmes are designed to provide individuals, whatever their level or role, access to high quality coaching support in an efficient and cost-effective way

Typically, we offer 6 x 60 minute sessions in a day; we also recommend an introductory or launch event to showcase the benefits of coaching and quash some of the myths about what coaching is and isn’t

All coaching is delivered by experienced coaches with a minimum of 15 years in industry – many in commercial roles

All coaches have a minimum of 150 hours coaching experience are accredited by either the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)

We select coaches who are experienced enough to work with different types of people and the range of challenges and opportunities they may present with
